COMMUNITY UPDATES

·  4 Seasons Roofing will be here MONDAY, DECEMBER 9TH to replace the roof on the Building 10 garages.

·  The dumpster and the porta potty will be set in the parking spots at the west of the garages, where residents of Building 9 park.   

·  Materials and containers may be delivered up to 72 hours before the project starts.  All vehicles need to be removed prior to delivery. 

·  The crew is expected to start work after 7:30 am.   Please move anything personal away from the garage exterior walls.  Crews will take reasonable precautions to protect plants and the sidewalk. 

The crew will do spot cleaning everyday before leaving.  something interesting about your business here.
