We are a community that works together to make our neighborhood a nice place to live. Please take time to meet your neighbors. We envision a community of neighbors working together to promote a friendly, healthy, safe and aesthetically pleasing community that provides a high quality of family life and enhances property values. Monthly HOA meetings, coffee socials and other events are the place to meet each other. We sincerely hope you will plan to attend our meetings whenever possible as it is the one way we can truly work together as a community and keep our community a safe and enjoyable place to live.

FAQ'S

How do I rent the Cabana?

Currently, there is a form in the Cabana near the entrance. This is to be returned along with deposit to the Board President or into the black box inside Cabana.

Rules for pets

No pet shall be allowed to run loose or off leash within 4th Avenue Village, except in the dog field under supervision of the pet owner. Pets shall be leashed until they reach the field.

Trash removal

There are four areas are designated for trash and recyclables. All trash must be bagged. Recyclables are placed in a separate container with a label indicating what items are considered recyclable.

Trash is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays of each week.

Residents are responsible for removal of furniture, electronic items, appliances, etc..
